TECHNICAL OFFICE
The heart of our company, equipped with CAM Genesis stations for loading Gerber files and sending them on to the production lines.
Our technicians are always at the disposal of the clients in order to assist and advice them when searching for the best solutions.
DRILLING UNIT
Our drilling unit is equipped with five automatic drills that can work along three axes and have a device for automatic loading/unloading.
The multi-head equipment allows for the simultaneous drilling of several packs of PCBs which ensures an optimal production rate.
For drilling multilayer PCBs we have a Schmoll drilling machine equipped with an alignment-control system of the layers by means of X-rays.
CHEMICAL UNIT
We have a modern unit for chemical processes, like desmearing and ammoniacal etching.
Horizontal Electroless Copper Plating.
With this installation we can metallize double-sided and multilayer PCBs made of all the base materials on the market, including high-Tg materials.
The horizontal metalization technology allows for processing PCBs with an extremely high aspect ratio, blind holes and laser drilling. The chemical module operates with electric pulses and ensures a high-coverage deposit.
ANALYSIS LABORATORY
The analysis laboratory as a part of the chemical unit constantly monitors the baths of the various installations in order to maintain an uninterrupted standard level of production.
DIRECT IMAGING
The Orbotech Paragon 8000 Laser Direct Imaging System can process any kind of material and yields a high resolution while eliminating the draw-backs that might occur when using film.
TEST UNIT
100% of the manufactured PCBs are tested in our test unit, equipped with an AOI instrument for visual inspection, three flying-probe instruments for electrical tests – two of which include a device for automatic loading/unloading – and an instrument for electrical tests by means of a needle bed.
